5. Liability and Insurance

Calneva Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property that may occur during the tour. Customers are strongly advised to obtain their own travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including but not limited to medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or personal liability.

7. Customer Responsibilities
